Program Details

25 hours of on ice Instruction and Development
Off Ice Development Including Soccer, Football, Basketball, Road Hockey, Dynamic Warmups, Handball, and more team and teaching games.
Players will receive a Torjager Jersey, Torjager T-shirt, Torjager Hat, Torjager Socks and Hockey Cards
The team will be Coached and Instructed by Torjager Hockey Executive Director Wade Davis plus other Torjager Hockey Instructors.

Our Spring Team will focus on Hockey Skills, Team Play and Player Development. We will work on Shooting, Powerskating, Stickhandling, Skill Net play, Passing, Team Play, Offensive structure, Defensive structure, Positional Training, and more. ALL Players will run through the various skills to LEARN and UNDERSTAND the Game, NOT JUST PLAY IT!!

Spring Ice Times

Cardel Rec South Fish Creek on Sundays April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May 7, 14, 28 June 4, 11, 18 and 25. All are 4:30 to 6:00pm.

Scott Seaman Sports Rink (SSSR-De Winton) Okotoks Fridays March 31 Apr 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 26, June 9 or 16 or 23 All 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Off-Ice Development Gym/Field/Pad Location and Time TBA. May 18, June 2 and 9 or 16 or 23. And 1 April date as well.

Spring Development Team cost $1025 plus gst. Total $1076.25. There are no additional costs for off-ice workouts or coach fees for tournaments, games or apparel.

3-4 Exhibition Games will be played. This cost is included.

1 Tournament max will be played, will be local and have additional costs. 3-4 Xtra Games may be played as well if we can book teams. These will be local and have additional costs. All costs will only be for tournament entrance fees and/or ice rental fees and referees. No additional coach fees, coach travel costs, hotels or off ice workout fees. There are no apparel fees either, those are all included.

15 skaters and 3 goalies will make up a team. There will be space for 9 forwards, 6 Defencemen and 2 Goalies with 1 Emergency Backup Goalie. You will indicate position on the Registration form on a first come first served basis. We want to get maximum ice time for all players for games and practices.

Goalies will receive 3 team training sessions during practices with Goaltending instruction.

All refunds are at the discretion of Torjager Hockey Ltd for any cancellations after January 15.
