Off-Ice Training is Essential To Take Your Hockey Abilities to the Next Level

Depending on the venue and the age group, the off-ice program ranges from road hockey to indoor shooting practice and a strength training circuit for the U15s and U18s.

 

The off-ice program will focus on core strength, agility, balance and speed.

 

1 to 1.5 hours of off-ice training per day.

Dryland Training

To Shooting Camp Players:

Please follow this dryland training program for the 4-6 weeks prior to the Shooting Camps. The exercises are simple and straightforward and can be done in about 30-60 minutes each day.

If you can follow this regimen you will benefit greatly and will be able to get the most out of the Torjager Shooting Camps.
